The single seat chair, swivel chair, and ottoman support up to 350 lbs, the 2-seat loveseat sofa supports up to 700 lbs, and the 3-seat sofa couch supports up to 900 lbs.

During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place. This will help ensure the mounting holes can be properly aligned.

The cushion covers have zippers and can be removed and washed. The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store them in a dry place when not in use.
